In Remembrance
I would like to offer my deepest sympathies to the many families whose lives were horribly changed after yesterday's events at Virginia Tech.

Mrs. Peachfuzz decided to postpone spring cleaning( I think it's actually a procrastinating thing, but don't tell her I said that! :) ). We took a trip up to the University of Illinois' Dept of Veterinary Medicine as they were hosting an open house. I didn't bring my camera, but I did have my camera phone.
This is Odin, a red-tailed hawk. I thought about petting him, but as you can tell, he told me otherwise. He is a resident at the Wildlife Center up there along with several other raptors.
It was quite the educational experience to say the least. I found out that I am rehabilatator not a fixer-upper. Call me Mr. Band-Aid.
